I had this with the music and playing in front of others. Those are actually our thoughts. We just can get rid of them the moment we don't care about their thoughts about us. Not one moment before. Never care about a negative one, not even a positive one. Knowing your value is good is all you need. When I play, I check that I'm very happy with it. I play for myself and who listens can do it or go.
