At last the police department has REAL black and white police cars. Thank you Chief Jackson. For years the patrol cars looked more like taxi cabs than cop cars

If your a tourist be prepared to pay pay pay. 2.00 a hour to park on any streets. If you park on or around the pier (only site Santa Monica has) it's 15.00$. On the pier 3.50$ for cup of coffee, 5.50$ for a hotdog and if you buy anything they charge you 10 cents a bag to put it in. There are more people friendly places to go. Tourists get ripped off in Santa Monica left and right. So be prepared to pay pay pay.

Wow he can give directions hahaha. If your a tourist be very careful coming to Santa Monica tourist get ripped off all the time.
