The latest Co-Space building in Reading almost didn’t materialise. According to William Stokes, joint founder and CEO of Co-Space, the building was offered several times to them before they eventually leased it and refurbished it.
One of the biggest challenges, according to him, is that there was already a design in place, and it wasn’t the one they wanted, so they had to come up with something better and convince different stakeholders that the change was worth it.
In the video, he recounts this and more challenges faced, as well as lessons learned, from what turned out to be an incredible co-working space on the edge of West London.
