This conversation dug deep, when she explained how she felt lost between her two homes really matches the choice of black and white in her exhibit. The fear while creating the pieces turns into a black out where your body does the work and to wake up and do that everyday is beyond incredible. I was close to tears looking at these pieces. I wish I could’ve seen it in person. It’s so inspiring. Thank you Toyin
