1:55: In other words, not *strictly* a documentary. A lot of this involved re-enactments. Still, it’s interesting for anybody curious about New York City in the 1950s, as well as anyone who needs a reminder that (to paraphrase Robert Crumb) in reality Eisenhower-era American had little to do with its advertisement of itself.
