@@thomaselliot2257 one of the things I miss the most is when he was still driving before his fall at home, he’d come down to see me and I’d just sit in his car and listen to him tell stories for an hour or two. I don’t get to do that enough now.

It’s a shame you allow them to put you off the beautiful game so completely. Football has given me so much in my life. Memories I’ll cherish until my final breath. Trips to Europe with my team/brothers on the pitch and fighting for badge in a foreign country is one of the greatest honours I’ve had, and standing out as the best player of the tournament in my first ever time playing in the tournament and in my last time playing in it was perfect. Oh how I miss those times. What I wouldn’t give to relive them again. 💯
