This is powerfull motor, but why not put it into some frame, that is streetlegal. Maybe this is for dragracing, but scooter frame is bad for that, too. Total waste of money, but it is fun, if you can afford it.

Lots of things wrong on this video, a 200cc twin in that configuration should make a lot more power, in excess of 110hp. The carburetors are in too steep angle, the fuel bowls work wrong that way, you can also see the amount of smoke which is partially caused by the carbs and partially because of a too rich premix. This engine could be substantially better.

You gotta keep in mind its a scooter engine. Well built 94cc have been dynoed at around 30 whp, like the rc-1. This motors probably a little more volatile so 35 per cylinder isnt too unreasonable when you combine them with the big carbs and premium trans parts. Scooter motor has to send power through the cvt then final drive so they lose a bit of hp at the end
