Yeah, in such cases when we have emphatic, kind SML and FL rejects him - it's just the fact that he isn't toxic enough for her. Because she is used to abuse and is in trauma bond with abuser. Any healthy relationship doesn't give her enough thrill and drama. Wouldn't be able to be with good man because she will find him too boring... We all cry over FL, how she is a poor victim, but, the fact is, if she wouldn't have own isues wit self esteem and self value, she wouldn't be in such marriage for three years, to begin with. And she can't get out of this mindset and accept SML withouth a true change of own preferences.

I found myself liking the ml more than the other ml leads in similar plots because he wants as stupid as the others and he didn’t physically abuse the FL. I bet the actresses fight more over the 2nd fl role instead of main lead because they have more freedom, are happier, can cause mayhem, play circles around the men, have the backing of the parents and the male leads, are not slapped around by everyone, are not physically/sexually abused by the husbands, et al.

Acho ridículo o fato das protagonistas se doarem e se esgotarem emocionalmente em um relacionamento com abuso e traição durante anos e no final o protagonista supostamente se arrepende e se apaixona pela protagonista quando ela pede o divórcio. Quando pensamos que ela vai partir pra outra e finalmente dar uma chance para o cara q é legal e a trata bem(o segundoprotagonista), acontece um sequestro (ou outra situação qualquer) e em seguida ela perdoa e volta para o ex marido que lhe maltratou e desprezou por anos só pq supostamente ele mudou 🤡🤡🤦‍♀️

For those who say he was abusive to his wife, that was never shown. He was neglectful to her, but he clearly was forced to marry her. Given that in and of itself, it would be hard to be present in the marriage. From the flashbacks, it seems that she was trying to make him happy by being "Suzy homemaker". A role he clearly did not expect his wife to play. You would think after three years of playing this, she would have realized that it wasn't working and tried a different approach. When she was down to the last thirty days, she switched tactics and boldly "made" him her man.....aw, finally attracted his attention😅 Both of the leads were a little "slow" in this one! I think the actors in this drama portrayed their characters very well.....especially being the story has been done to death.

I liked this version of this storyline.. I call dog with a bone. A dog will forget all about his bone until another dog want it. That's just how this storyline goes..but the part I liked is the FL was stronger in character than the other dramas like this one. She was smart clever and even sassy at times. I think both ML and FL did a great acting job. In fact all the actors were very good. I felt bad for the evil mistress for quite a while especially after they showed she was going to be adopted by the grandpa but at the last min he changed his mind to choose FL. She really did lose out but they showed how evil her intentions were and I felt she deserved nothing. I do again feel bad for 2nd ML as he was always there to help her...i thought just to make it easier for FL to take back the ML ( which they almost always do ) they were going to make 2nd ML a last minute villain wanting to steal away grandpas shares in the company by getting close to FL. But nope, he was just a nice guy.

Obviously they promote feudal, male dependant women who silently swallow anything that men throw at them. It empowers males to think it's their right to treat women like trash and expect to be forgiven or even taken as nothing wrong has happened.

La verdad que no me gustó el desenlace. ML lamentable, tuvo mil señales que decian que era una malvada la segunda, y el insistía e insistía sin importarle un comino que saliera lastimada la FL. No me gustó el final 😢 Se podría haber mejorado.

I understand if the male lead was abusive physically beating the crap out of his wife I see so many negative comments about how the male lead was abusive and should have got left but honestly I didn't see any abused here other than him just thinking he had to be with this other chick because she saved him, through most of the drama he showed that he really did love his wife. There is no such thing as a perfect relationship or a perfect partner but seeing some of these negative comments about the male lead I guess some people still believe that perfection in a person is possible. Love doesn't work that way though
