Legit Culture, I got the Fever as a Kid whenever Riding the Redline Into DC From Silver Spring. Looking Out On the Tracks N Rooftops I was Like YOOOOO How they Get there n Do That!!! Even Tried to Knock out ALL the To dos in Graffiti like The Inside of a Metro n Bus, Highways, Over pass Sign, train, Warehouse, trackside, random spots. Only thing I need to Do is hit a clean Train n Billboard. I racked Paint a few Times Back in Highschool so Thats also Crossed out for the Culture list For me...

The city was so plastered with graffiti, that you adding to it barely made heads turn. Street level fillins and big bold straight letters. We had a dead waterfront, no casinos and no bumping neighborhoods like Northern Libs, Fishtown and Old City that you could go to during the week. By saying that Im saying the whole city was DEAD, a Ghost town Sun-Thur 9pm til sunrise. That's probably most cities nowadays
