can you do a video how to catch yellowfin croaker ( I don't know exactly what specie that is but I'm assuming) at the entrance ( dog beach), I saw they jumping out of the water like crazy but couldn't catch any of them.

Jumping out the water? Yellowing croaker are bottom feeders. The only fish I've seen that jumps out of the water is Grey Mullet and it's not very well known how to catch them.
