If you don’t wanna walk much, you can rent a bike and cycling around “Kor-Meang” (city island) area of Ayutthaya, where all major attractions are located. Also, Ayutthaya’s boat noodle is the best in Thailand (small portion but cheap, as you normally eat several bowls per person). I really enjoy your vlog, and thank you for visiting Thailand. PS. If Tia’s back is really hurt, once you are back to Bangkok, you may consider going to the hospital there. The hospital in Thailand is not expensive compared to US and EU countries, and the quality is great (One of the best in Asia). We always have medical tourists visiting Thailand for that. Nearly all doctors can speak English. If you also have any insurance, you can tell the officer at the registration desk to see whether it is usable. Hope she will get better soon.

Most Thai people live in large families. Therefore, the eating culture of Thai people tends to share food. For example, if a Thai family goes to a restaurant, they tend to order a cup of red curry, one dish of fried food, one dish of spicy stir-fry, and one cup of soup for children. Fried Chicken or Fried Rice for Kids and 1 plate of rice per person and eat together Therefore, when eating, Thai people will scoop curry or stir-fry on top of the rice and then eat. It will make the curry eat many people in the family. And the advantages of eating Thai food will allow you to try many dishes in 1 meal. If you go with 4 people and order different dishes to share, you get to try 4 different dishes. This is the way of eating Thai food.😁😁🙏🙏
@OnePackWanderers2 жыл бұрын
That is really cool that sharing is such a central part of Thai eating culture. I think small things like that can have an effect on the whole culture, so maybe that's part of why Thai people are so warm and nice 😊

I LOVE 🤌🏻 Tia’s dish, Pad C U (My English Teacher calls that and it sounds make sense) it’s one of my most favorite thai noodle dish. Normally, Thai people always put some more seasoning (sugar, chili, vinegar and fish sauce)on it to make their own favorite taste but I found Pad C U in 7-11 has a good taste with no more seasoning adding. Wish you guys having a great time there and Tai’s back will get better very very soon.

Tia, if you read this. Please go to pharmacy like Boots or Watson (where there are certified pharmacist on duty) to consult or buy pain reliever such as Arcoxia or Voltaren. Those medicines must be taken right after food to prevent stomach ache. We wish you speedy recovery. Hope the pain will not spoil your stay in Thailand.

Normally a spoonful of meat/veg/curry onto the rice, then use the spoon and fork to consume. Spoon in right hand fork to shovel to spoon. Unfortunately for Thea in Thailand when you say no chilli they do throw in a chopped tablespoonful as garnish. lol

Amazon is a non-oil operation of PTT, used to be state enterprise but later the Finance Ministry floated shares to the public about 20 years ago and ever since it grew and grew becoming the largest oil-gas business in Thailand, putting Shell/Esso/Caltex to a distant 2nd, 3rd and 4th place. Not all state enterprises did well when becoming public company via floating shares. The infamous case is Thai Airway International, which is heavily in debt right now and the share dipped from the IPO of 60 baht to less than 1 baht. The cafe can be found practically in all PPT petrol station, shopping centers, stand-alone shop and even in our neighbouring countries such as Laos, Cambodia and Burma.

So I feel you 🙏🏻😂

Oh no worries at all, happy to share. I hurt my back in high school running track (set a school record though!) It's a bummer for sure. Since it's spine-related, there's no permanent fix, instead it's all about trying to minimize flare-ups with good posture, diet and exercise. How did you hurt yours? 10 months over 4 years is brutal, I hope it gets better for you over time 🙏🏼
@josieliftsthings2 жыл бұрын
@@OnePackWanderers I mean, you set a record though? 😂 No that's horrible. I wish I could say it was worth it for you but I actually know exactly what you're going through so I can say it's not! haha. I was really into the gym (training to compete) and one day I had a heavy squat day, woke up the next day after training and couldn't walk again for around 5-6 months haha. Mine was a broken spine at the time with obliterated discs from L1-L5 and S1 and I've never been the same since haha. I had a bad flare up around August last year (because I let myself go with my diet and no gym for the last year and gained a lot of weight which has placed more pressure on my back) and it's been pretty painful since then, and in turn it hurts too much to gym to help with the weight to get some pressure off. I'm the exact same, no cure, no fix, says many professionals.. just basically pain management now with posture, diet and exercise haha, exact same. When I heard you say that I was like, I totally get it. Especially the last 6 months, I can't walk much to vlog, and I generally cant sit longer than 30 minutes to edit or travel without pain so it makes it really tough haha. I feel for you! Hope you also feel better soon! 🙏🙏

When I go back to Thailand I will go again there for peacefully and resting 😊 P. S. when you eat Thai food. Normally you use spoon and then get the soup and put on rice then use spoon to eat.
