On Part 2 of ON THE REAL SIDE, host Bob Mover has his long-time friend & fellow Jazz Aficionado, Jean-Michel Reisser a.k.a. "Beethoven" in the Jazz Community.
Jean-Michel has met some of the coolest and most superb Jazz musicians out there ... like Ray Brown, Count Bassie, Hank Jones, Pep Freddie Green, Alvin Queen, Monty Alexander, Sweets Edison, Herb Ellis, and so many more!
Jean-Michel was the musical director for a Jazz Festival in Geneva from 1988 to 1996. He did a Film Jazz Festival in Geneva with Francis Paudras in 1994, featuring Ray Brown as a guest, talking about Jazz etc.
He also co-produced about 100 documentaries films in collaboration with the New Morning for the music TV channel called "Muzzik" and then, still today, called Mezzo, an European music channel, from 1994 to 2010.
He has hosted and managed many Jazz events, and he produced records and 40 DVDs !
