Guys I love these videos. My wife and I have been lucky enough to visit Las Vegas on holiday from Germany four times in the last six years. We love Nevada. Each time we had a hire car and went out for day trips. Last year we visited Mt Charleston and walked the Mary Jane Falls trail. Your videos just keep highlighting things to see on our next visit. I took your suggestion and did a tour of Lincoln County the week of September 20th, and I loved it very much. In addition, my wife and I stayed a couple of weeknights at Mandalay Bay (9/30-10/2) and enjoyed our time there. Thanks for the inspiring ideas to do in Nevada and Las Vegas.

I grew up in Las Vegas and left 15 years ago for Maine - I wanted the woods and ocean...and GREEN! Even though winters can be tough, we don't have to deal with 110 degrees in the summer! But.....I do miss the desert after all this time and almost moved to Pioche about 5 years ago, but it didn't come together at the end. I could never live in LV again - totally different from when we moved there in 1962 - but just might do the High Desert scene in Pioche if the opportunity arises again - Sage & Pinion Pine! Very nice tour....thanks!

You might not know this but Glasgow loves a cowboy we even had William Cody aka Buffalo Bill bring his show to Glasgow and brought along Annie Oakley. We would have been in your neck of the woods / desert but this year has been a bit stubborn. On the plus side when you make your journey maybe me and my better half Lynsey can show you around our Dear Green Place {literal Gaelic translation of Glasgow) and get you both that well deserved dram!

We've passed Coyote Springs several times on our way to Tonopah, (it's one of our favourite weekend getaway spots) and have always wondered what the back story was. I remember the first time we went that way, turning the corner, and lake! Green! When we went past this July, we had a picnic lunch there. So nice. Now I really need to visit Pioche. We love Tonopah too - it's on our to-do list for a vlog. Love the Mizpah Hotel, and the mining museum is superb. Yes, definitely, make Pioche a destination one of these days, once it cools off!

What a drive, without air conditioning back in the day that would have been a winter drive. Water in the desert who knew. I want to go back to key west next year but you guys make it so hard not to visit nevada for the 19th time. Love you guys thanks for sharing 🥂

Loved this. Nothing like a good road trip. I usually do a long drive every Vegas trip to visit Daphneyland in Acton,California. ( Basset rescue ranch) love your suggestions of things to see along the roadways. This one was beautiful! Happy Anniversary.

Another spot for you two to consider going to if you ever go further north is the ghost town of Bannack, Montana. Since you’re into history, ghost towns and the Old West, you absolutely need to go! It’s one of my favorite places on earth. My favorite time to go is early fall. There are no crowds, and often times you’ll have the whole “town” to yourself. You truly feel like you’re in the 1860’s and it has been amazingly preserved. 🥰
