What about your vehicle? is it registered in MH or KA ? We are planning to shift to B'lore from Pune however we are not sure about the process of re-registering in Bangalore. Do we need to take out the NOC from Pune RTO if we plan to stay in B'lore for more than a year ?

Road expansion work in flow between Satara and belgavi. This strech is around 250 kms. And the single road strech u were talking about is between dharwad and Hubli which is also under construction. The route you took via Solapur Hyderabad is very lengthy. best route at this moment would be Pune-Solapur-chitradurga-Bangalore

Yes there's a small ghat- khambatki ghat in between, road Condition is good.
