I have social anxiety. I am depressed. I believe i am unloved. I spend much of my time daydreaming of a version of my self i want to be. I am too afraid to be this verion of myself. I have trouble starting conversations or keeping a conversation. I am self concious and i hate myself. I have conversations in my head that i would like to have in the real world. I am mentally absent. I avoid confrontation and fear public speaking. I believe i may never find someone i actually care about and that if i do they wont care for me. I dont know how important i am to my friends. Are they even truly my friends? I believe i am creative and smart but am too afraid to express it and i fear my for my future. Will i get the points i need? Will i get i job i enjoy? Will i make the right choices? What do people think of me? Do people even notice me?Does anyone actually care about me? Is there anything after death? Will i be remembered? Should i be religous? Should i try to hopelessly convince myself of religion because i am afraid? Why cant i be happy? I just want to be happy.
