I have the 7 foot combo, but I have changed out the 3000 reel for a 2500. I put the 300 reel on another rod.

What size is that combo...and length of rod...I just purchased a 4000 wrath on the bay for $27, and will need a rod.

dougedoug007 the reel is a 3000 and the rod is 7 foot medium light, mod/ fast action . For the 4000 I would go with a medium heavy rod. I like the ugly stick rods.

Nice. Just picked up the 4000 combo excited to use it. Seems like a decent combo for the price. Haven’t been able to use it yet but it should be a great addition to the rotation.
