On The Waterfront

All three episodes are set around Bristol Docks and its main aim is to reflect the present day music scene in the pubs and clubs both inside and out, on land and water from traditional folk, sea shanties, Irish rhythms, choral practice, flamenco, traditional jazz, cajun, world music and Blues. All of this will be happening around the area in June.
Guiding us will be two people who were born and brought up in this thriving community but of different generations - Fred Wedlock and his daughter Hannah both able musicians themselves. The mix of music, the scenery of the setting and the professional knowledge and personal views of these two will bind it all together.

Wonderful to see this. I was part of that 60s scene in Bristol and shared a fair bit of beer with Fred. Sadly missed, but his songs live on. 😂
