I’m with you. Black always looks classy almost with any object, especially with the luxury items, whereas white makes the things look cheaper. But it’s nice to have options for Speedy lovers and this is indeed a very personal preference! For me, always 🖤

It's nice, I think it should have just been the reverse of the black dial. The addition of red kills it imo, should have just been all black writing. For me I prefer the black dial easily over it.

Never been a Speedy fan and never wanted to buy one even though I have had lots of Tudors, Breitlings, Rolex and other nice watches over the years. And then along came this new white dial Speedy. Yes please. I contacted a dealer in Paris expecting to be told there's a long wait list and the usual Rolex type of brush off but no, she emailed me back saying this watch is available from stock now!

Many people want at all costs to buy a SEAMASTER or a SPEEDMASTER which are much too big for their handles which are too small. It's more "gadget" than anything else. But then people do what they want. For my part, I hope to treat myself next August to a SEAMASTER or a SPEEDMASTER with my big 8.4'' handle.

On my Tokyo 2020 'Rising Sun' the milky ring hardly shows because the dial is also light-coloured. With a pure white dial I can only assume it's even less noticeable.
