@@JamaicanInsider Washington Blvd is in the City of kingston..The Parish of kingston is really downtown and port royal. Technically,most place is not kingston parish but kingston city. Once it has a number then it's kingston and I think Blvd is KGN20 so yes it's kingston in that regards, places like stony hill and bullbay would more consider St Andrew
