It depends on how good Texas A&M proves to be. I suspect they will finish by beating everyone but Texas and frankly that last game may prove more difficult than the Georgia game. But even then, a few others had more difficult schedules.

Counterpoint there are no top teams in the SEC this season. We play Georgia, and then a bunch of the mid level teams. But everything outside of Texas, Georgia, and maybe Alabama is mid level.

The Texas stats are a bit inflated as they have not really been tested yet. UGA has already been battle tested. Texas SOS is ranked #82 up to this point. UGA’s SOS has been #7 thus far and is #2 for the rest of the season! The best offense Texas has played so far is UTSA who has the #64 ranked offense in CFB. Michigan is awful. OU was on to their backup QB and were down their top 5 WRs. That’s makes a difference. I’m not saying Texas isn’t a good team at all. But they’ve no even come close to playing a team with equal or better talent this season thus far. That will change Saturday. UGA will, at the very least, test Texas Saturday. If you were picking this game based on the eye test of both teams Texas should be at least a 2 TD favorite at home to win this game. But there’s a reason why Texas is only favored by 3.5 points. Even though Texas is the smart pick, I think UGA gets it done and wins this game. I got the Dawgs winning 45-34.
