Bear is throwing money away not taking advantage of learning under Coach Henny. I guess his agent knows better. He held out of Spring practices, showed up at Summer workouts Out of Shape, and he is known not to assert himself at practice and lost the starting position, and started whining, now he's quit. The NFL that looks at your character almost as much as your skill and ability will not appreciate Bear at all. He cost himself a lot of money. There’s absolutely no way you can spin this in a way that this is a good move for Bear. This is his now his 6th school in 7 years, and his legal guardian has gone on an absolute twitter tirade this week about how Bear should be playing every snap, bragging about his recruiting ranking from high school, and even publicly said Bear is doing this because they want a guarantee that he will be a starter, instead of putting your head down and grinding to prove you deserve it. No respectable P4 coach or program is going to touch him. Then, once he tries to get to the NFL, you don’t think they’re gonna bring up all these factors to him in his pre draft interviews? This was an extremely dumb move by Bear…

CAN USC be a better team MINUS Bear Alexander. If you watch the film against MICHIGAN those 2 ling runs by Michigan was a GAP CONTROL ISSUE minus that USC would have clobbered the Wolverines. So the question is that will USC be better? I think so. BEAR was immensely skilled he had the girth and athleticism to be a dominat tackle but his diciplene and focus is not there. And now this. Wow I really like Bear but goodluck to him.

Stupid is as stupid does. Alexander left UGA - one of if not the best defensive talent development programs - to chase $$ at USC. USC upgrades defensive coaching and now that he’s held accountable to work and perform in order to play and off he runs. (Probably to Auburn or Colorado). In the mean time, competition for future draft pics are playing, getting coached up and growing while he gets fattier, lazier and and another year removed from a real payday in the NFL. Sad part is, based on measurables, the NFL will give him a shot despite his history of being a selfish quitter.

Bear Alexander's current player Profile Bear played at four different high schools where he received all league honors. Played at Georgia for his freshman year. Later, transferred to USC. The temporarily went into the portal after his Sophomore Year. But then returned to USC. After playing sparingly in three games his junior decided to redshirt. Now he is looking to transfer again.

@@Rob_uno I'd take him at Michigan next year. He was lost in the sauce with a big head at Georgia and chased the bag at USC. Once at USC, he realized their defense has been awful and poorly coached. Michigan did this with Eyabi Enoma(Okie) in 2022, was previously a top 5 overall HS player who went to Bama. He was nowhere our best edge player but he added great depth and sacked CJ Stroud in The Game.
