Auburn is an average team with an outstanding running back. That SHOULD net at least a 7-5 season, maybe better. And Freeze is missing the big picture. Letting Jarquez run puts less pressure on Thorne. It opens up the receivers so those clutch 3rd down completions get a little easier & open up 1 or 2 explosive pass plays per game. Freeze is a story as old as time...trying to pass first isn't gonna be sustainable in the SEC. Edit: also...this seems to be what Auburn is satisfied with. They could choose to write contracts differently, for starters. At the end of the day, I think something stinks in the AU athletic dept. If they were as upset as we are, they would change something. The current situation must be good for their wallet somehow is the only way to explain it.

Time for people to stop saying CHF deserves another year to get it done. This is not a talent issue, this is a complete offensive coaching failure. CHF has lost more games than CBH. AU fired Gene Chizik in 2012 for a 3-9 season where he had much worse talent than this team. I fully supported the HF hire but no more. Imagine what Dion Sanders would do with this team, even with Payton Thorne at QB.

Who is going there when they had a meeting in feburary to give him one more year. Yes he had bad recruiting, but they threatened to fire him before his first recruiting class.
