Can you do how to build effective backgrounds without greenscreen?
@ryanfilmsanimationyt4 жыл бұрын
Hey man I saw your comment and thought I’d pitch in. You can use photoshop to composite a scene together and make it into a printed backdrop. This is what I’m doing in my upcoming animation and it works very well.

Ryan Films Animation Thanks I’m working on a lot bigger project at the minute so may try that!

I know it's sad but when making brickfilms, I don't even use bricks, I use cardboard for backgrounds. I don't have enough Lego and it works well sometimes.

I know some people would criticize me for this but getting knock off minifigs and sets would be the thing to do for either background stuff or a large army. I recently ordered a Lepin Venator for only $120 on an eBay bid.

Whatever enables you to get started is great. No criticism from me for saving some money. No need to needlessly break the bank if your goal is to make films and tell stories! :D

@Onbeatman3 жыл бұрын
I do everything at 24fps right now!
@mb_films.3 жыл бұрын
@@Onbeatman Oh ok. What do you suggest for me starting out?
@Onbeatman3 жыл бұрын
@@mb_films. I would suggest 12 or 15. I(and many others)started at 15 but a lot of animators are starting at 12 now. A lot of professional animators(all the way up to Hollywood) animate at "24 on twos". This basically is a fancy way to say that they mix 24 and 12 fps in the same shot. So it really is up to what look you enjoy more!
