Wacth this jounrye video as I was travelling to Digha , one of the most prefered sea-coastal vacation spot
for the people of Bengal . I was onboard the newly LHBfied 12847 Howrah - Digha Super AC Exp hauled by SRC HOG WAP 7 #30633 , and surprisingly the HOG was conncted with the train as well .
RFs Piyush Chowrasia & Sumantra Chattapadhay accompanied me in this short trip .

Loved the compilation as always. I just wait for you to upload a journey compilation. Loved it to the core. AAA++ videography and editing. Your editing is becoming a thing to watch out for. South Eastern Railways must be mad to couple this train with a P-7. This train should get a G-5 or WAM-4 at the most. Dunno what they think. Never seen such a deserted station before. Nevertheless enjoyed watching the video and loved your videography.

Yeah at a side you are right but you should also care about our environment. Giving WAG 5 or WAM warm needs to give EOG which pollutes the environment. Giving a HOG WAP 7 gives the electricity itself and doesn't pollute the environment and also reduces the use of diesel. And also it is an AC train, for which passengers have given money for food and speed too. WAG 5 and WAM 4 goes too slow than WAP 7 isn't it???

Is there any Mandarmoni linking station in that route?Digha we get lot of bus from Esplanade.Digha is common nowadays.Mandarmoni is a more peaceful seaside & its not overcrowded but reaching there is hectic.U need to have a personal car to get there.Thats why I'm asking

Indeed dada, when mps is between 80 and 110, wap4 should be used. Wap7 could be used in long distance premium trains as they can do above 120 for long duration. Wap7 is a waste here.

Only reason I see wap7 is its HOG capabilities used in this train which is not available in wap4
