Thank you for the session. I tried to onboard a VM via GPO which worked as I see the onboarding state as 1 in the registry, and also have the event "Successfully onboarded machine to Microsoft Defender for Endpoint ". However the machine does not have internet connectivity and has connectivity only for DC. Do we require connectivity to the required URLs as necessary?

Thank you. The permissions for Domain computer objects is missing from the Microsoft documentation. Once I applied the proper permissions to the shared folder, I had success.

No you can directly onboard devices from GPO.

Yes, the endpoint urls which are required by microsoft defender for endpoint, must be accessible from the client.
