Tip for people next season that I wish I knew about beforehand. As you're leveling up, try not to choose any memetic specializations until you're lvl 50. It ensures you get the maximum amount of options as, once it's available in the pool for one selection, it can't roll again. Should give you a better chance at getting things you actually want. If one rolls 4 bad options, select one and then immediately respec it first before choosing the one's you want to keep. Should let you shape your luck to a certain extent.

This can be circumvented to an extent if you're playing with friends or coordinate with your hive. If y'all are sharing base permissions, then those with specs like acid crafting can benefit everyone. I.e., if someone has efficiency with the furnace, if they're the one that crafts the furnace, everyone who uses it gets that efficiency.

I did like 2 resets for 2 trash specs I rolled, while yes I was kinda lucky with Sulphur Chemist but still there's much room for improvement- I have some farming ones which really aren't wow

@@DynaSaur31415 acid production is shit anyway. you can farm 1-2k acid an hour depending on your kill speed. way more effective and everyone can do it since you only need the +50% acid drop food which is available as a memetic.

That’s the idk how many guide I’ve watched from you. While I like them, I do agree with others that you should mention in your video that Memetic specialisations are RNG and that people might not have some of them available for them, but should keep an eye out. Also an overall PSA about saving your meme specs resets would be appreciated.

My favourite way to farm L3 eclipse cortex’s in the end game are mist zones. Go to one of the teleport towers in Red Sands with views and jump worlds until you see one. Head over, usually less than a minute and a full L3 and feaster deviant ever time. You can farm 6 per day, so just that alone would meet a solo full weekly refinement.

It's RNG but if you know at wich level you need to reroll them you can search for some with rerolls that you get at every phases. And if you are playing with friends you can see with them to take differents specialisations and there is a lot of benefits here, like upgraded bench that gives +50% more ammo, upgrades furnaces, and a lot of other stuff that you can just build in your friend base and they benefit from it.

There is a limit of conrtollers you can obtain from events. And it's quite low, so it's definitely not "as many controllers as you like".

Must be great to have all important memetic specialisations. I'm lv50 did all my rerolls, no Precious Metal Refining, no Refinery, no Chemist, no ... Sure not everyone should have the same memetics, but some of them are totally unbalanced/op/up and you can't do much about it. Anyway nice vid, for those who can make use of it.

@@Tastyツ For acid just make a passive farm with switches. Turn on max pumps when out of base, come back turn on max barrels when you go offline. Slow, but passive. Only worth it when you have enough impure acid to brew in bulk. For reference, 18 barrels filled with 4 stacks of 1k impure acid each, would produce about 1.7k acid in 8 hours. I didn’t calculate how long it would take to pump and filter the polluted water tho

Technically you dont need to be on top of the Oil to farm oil.. I built my base in the water where parts of my base hits the rock soil.. there is an oil field near me but My pumps are on the beach rocky area and it only gives me Crude oil.

I’m a 100h in, I think I’ve refueled my vehicule like probably less than 7 times. Still have 1 or 2 premium fuel barrel that you get at a start and a lot of portable fuel. I have a refinery but never used it yet.

@@zinivix Yup I agree, especially if you unlock all the TP towers. Not to mention this is the guy that talks about farming gold. I think the only real use to farming fuel would be for explosives, like rockets, if you are doing Prime War events.

specializations are rng even with rerolls ,if you can't make acid this way you can go to a stardust area use deviant generators and use eels on them and this will allow you to make a 20-30 pump 2 osmos machinel 2-3 fermenting barrel acid farm all passive and works while offline and then use the acid for what ever your needs are and then use your extras for trade for anything you want in the game as acid sells fast and people will trade anything for it. if you have other things using power at your base like defensives and other things put them on a different power set up and turn them on and off as needed that way your farm 30 pumps will always be in use because the power usage doesn't turn on and off on it's own so if you have say a cooker connected to power it will draw the 10w even when not in use same for everything furnaces all of your power is assigned to anything plugged in regardless of whether you are using it or not.

I’ve been working on the acid farm for about 4 days now it’s more effective to have more barrels then an absurd amount of pumps. The acid takes to long to brew for there to only be 3 barrels for 20-30 pumps

gonna be some major problems for the game coming up soon. the fact that people are making second accounts even 4th accounts will leave people with bases all over the map in the best spots, also the being locked out from Chrom if you buy mistake thinking you will get more later. hope they find a solution to this but as of now I don't see one. more alt accounts mean's server caps with fake player spots.

Because he can infinitely craft it using Sulfur Chemist. Sulfur is VERY common ore and 5000EL for 100 acid isn't really a big deal, including the fact that doing bosses and other stuff (or just reselling the acid) would give you tons of money back in like bare minutes. But to respond you precisely I think he did that just for the video I guess

Honestly, that's probably what I would do. I have a Polluted Water farm in my base and have not been too needy on Acid now, but that's only because I have not found a spot in which I can get both oil and polluted water.
