I already wrote in the comments that I made a mistake. In creative mode, buildings have no physics. I didn't know about it then, sorry)

Remark at 6:56 - do not build that half wall in survival mode. It working only in eternaland. Or if you find another way how to build that well tell me pls

That is regular formula like another furniture. You can find it in different crates. Most popular for have a search is BlackFell city: motel north from spawn, administrate in east and civilian houses near by lake. You can find a lot of youtube searching furnitura guide videos.
