I wish people would do bare builds with base damage only, that would leave the user to upgrade stuff once the base build is confirmed to work. I made a UB build after watching a guy on KZbin and I was getting 10k dps while he was up to 100k, seems I am just bad at choosing alternate equipment when I don´t have the exact matches.

Yea the damage was almost all from mod, you get the right mad with the right lvl and with the correct gear you will get there bro

The truth is that many people in the videos once that they farm mods well, two craft mods to make them even better, on some videos I have seen, people loaded with effects from food, which in the video also did not mention, read mods, food, and craft mods, here is a recipe for damage, I personally was terribly disappointed with the damage of ak under vortex

@@bonharths5405 not only mods, they use deviation + secondary + throw explosives + reload and then hit 70-100k, without buff they prob do 20-30k or even less

I've tested it with 4-pc Shelterer + 1-pc Lonewolf + Frost Tactical Vest. Heavy Style Calibration. Without any buff (besides cradle buffs of course), could average around 26k DPS and basically infinite ammo (highest I've dealt to dummies are 1,5M without reload). I also tried it on Treant Hard and I can solo it just from the first platform (the one we're on after the cutscene). My KAM Abyss Glance with rapid shot calibration average about 28k. That's literally very insignificant gap. Both calibration equipped with double Ele DMG. My MPS7 Outer Space is still much more efficient in dealing with any type of enemy but infinite ammo on the KV Icy Rain is busted af. Mainly because this isn't just aiming at a single target, it has AoE 😂 Power Surge got Shock Diffusion for AoE also but Shock is still single target at it's core.

I did not try kam, so u saying icy rain is actually good enough to compare with kam(legendary)? I got a lot of question on kam but I won’t be able to tell cause I did not change it

@@JasJGaming Yeah it is good enough when compared to KAM Frost for the sole reason that it has longer uptime because it can go infinite like properly built SOCR Last Valor.

1:16 ur savior helmet says you cannot deal weakspot damage then at 2.33 u show status enhancement that gives 25% status dmg after hitting a weakspot, does it give that extra dmg anyway since u cant deal weakspot dmg but u still hit the weakspot dmg?

Cannot deal weakspot dmg doesn’t mean totally no weakspot dmg , you still have weakspot dmg is just slight lower

Abyss Glance deals more Frost/aoe dmg and more dmg in general but it is a legendary weapon. Icy rain is definitely weaker but still extremely good imho.

Icy Rain procs the vortex on crit.

@@Esrin1 that’s critical hit and not critical damage. Critical damage only helps with the weapon damage. Shouldn’t he build status/elemental damage instead?

@@pmleumas I think a lot of that crit dmg is a result of trying to maximize crit rate. There does seem to be some disagreement however on which is better 3 pieces of lonewolf and 2 sheltered or vice versa. Which is basically your same question. I think the answer becomes depends on your mod rolls for which is better dmg.
