I would say try switching to another game world via the teleporter.

ngl, the invisible crate and the password had me stumped. very much appreciate the vid as id just about given up on that mission, lolz As a point of interest, where do you find the password ?

If I recall, it was on the terminal somewhere... Btw if ya get stuck with mystery crates and other quests, most likely I have a short video on it, my videos generally are straight to the point. I also created a interactive map, many in the Once Human community are using it, just google daopa once human map, to get the link!
