i think its a culture thing. like how they had Mitsuko as a little girl early days, only switching to a young woman in live. P-word is less common or at least not perceived as common in china compared to western countries so people there are less sensitive about having little girls in gowns. i bet they got a lot of complaints about having little girl in a silky gown so they had to put an elder female just to avoid potential backlashes. Similarly with sexy outfits, a lot of chinese games recently were criticised for not being PC enough for the western market, Black Myth Wokong being the most prominent recent example, starry studio is just trying to play it safe by being overly PC right now.

Since CBT3 the Chinese servers always had more than NA and EU servers. They had the cosmetics before the rest of countries. Right now they have a red roulette event thing that you gamble for stuff (i remember seeing a skin in one of the betas and saw that event on how to obtain it. They also have a fire skin for the motorcycle, where it even has flames coming out from the tires. Not sure what else they have before us but seems like theyre months ahead.

I chose pve because I don't like pvp. If they try to force me in to pvp servers or pvp events I'll just quit and play any of the other thousands of games vying for my attention. I've been enjoying Once Humans PvE content so far, but if that's all there is to pve then there's not much reason to stick around once I've completed it.

That nun skin was available during the Beta when they had the Real Money Shop was open for testing. which is weird I was holding out to buy that outfit. if they aren't gonna release it to the NA market its their loss. save me some money i guess.

The fact that they are focusing PVP before PVE is gonna cost them lol. There is like 50 PVP servers and 150 PVE servers in NA. So where do they think 80% of the player base is.

⁠@@isiahaguilarmy conspiracy theory is simply because pvp isn’t as popular in western cultures, and pvp is MUCH easier to make content for. Most PvP players are self-entertaining Pve requires way more work to make new things which is much more expensive and slower to produce

pvp is in shitter state then pve, no content at all, and problem pve players can still play on pvp server and never flag and never pvp.

Dont know why they focusing on separeting pvp and pve servers. Should just make 1 server with all this content together. Pvp is not forced anyway, if you don't want you don't need to participate in any of it, you can be pve crab on pvp server. It would be super good. Double content for everyone, some pve crabs would want to try pvp content, same as everyone else would want to touch more pve content. Right now there's nothing to do on both pvp and pve servers.

Bruh how is PVE crying about PVP getting their content first? If your from a PVP server, there was NOTHING to do but sign up for a stronghold that either you guys get stomped or you guys stomp, it was BORING af. There was nothing to do at all, unless your lucky and you were in a server that had multiple active big warbands. -- My warband was so bored that we were forced to play on a PVE server just so we don't get bored, so yeah we juggle back and fourth between PVP/PVE just for fun. These are probably the same "TOS is bad" "WIPE is bad" people crying again.

I'm unsure why people are so upset about the wipe. You pretty much keep everything except controllers, cortexes, energy links and levels. If you're hyper focused on building you have your blueprints, you can place your base again and if you just don't like the idea of rebuilding it you have the 24/7 Eternaland (We'll also be getting the permanent servers at some point).

pvp and pve are same stuff, only diffrence is prime wars / battlegrounds(war).. u can be on pvp server and never flagged for pvp, doing same things tho what u doing in pve.

They did say a new tier is coming into the game since the game is going to get harder. Its highly possible we get new tier and higher level cap.

Im from pve and considering changing to pvp but the people who came from pvp servers said that pvp wasnt any different or fun especially when 1 big warband is the only one getting all the fun and solos/small groups like me cant get anything made me change my mind. Devs focusing on pvp and no new content on pve will probably make me drop the game till the new pve content if im even interested playing the game after a seasons worth of hiatus, hope people have fun in switching to pvp tho

You wont be happy when the servers are emty cause of only pvp content. Most people will go and play something else. Most pve players wont join in on pvp servers. So I guess this is a good way to kill a game. I know im and my friends are gona play something else cause we hate pvp crap.

I mean currently pvp isn't to much pvp anyways. The real pvp no restrictions will stop pve'ers. That isn't till after our new PvE scenario so you could play pvp I believe and not pvp to get starchrom and pvp deviants.

It won't be every 6 weeks. It never was. The current 'season' is about 7 weeks in and still has about 5 weeks to go until it is completely over. They also have stated that different seasons will have different goals and lengths.
