The power of strategic silence is something we often overlook. In a world full of noise, knowing when to speak and when to remain silent is a powerful tool. Great video, full of wisdom.

Congrats on completing the workout, that’s awesome. Stoicism really ties in well with physical challenges-both are about pushing through, staying strong, and focusing on what’s within our control. Let’s dive into that recovery with some wise, stoic insights.

This is so true. I wish we knew how to block negative words of others.

Blocking out negativity can be challenging, but learning to focus on our own mindset and emotional resilience is key.

King stoic philosophy. At 1430 of your video. There are 6 powerful words. You stated Sorry. Because I have already understood the power of speech many years ago and the inevitable reason I am truthful watching this. I came to the realization and understanding instead of saying I'm sorry. Because in life most people are simply tired of hearing it. And honestly you should value yourself more. You in fact are not sorry. You are not a sorry person. There are sorry people In 🎉The world unfortunately. So instead say I apologize and I'm apologetic. But I am not sorry. So I won't speak that term but I will personally use a different word for terminology that is less destructive to self

Thank you for watching and for sharing your thoughts! You're absolutely right-strategic silence can be such a valuable skill, and it's often underappreciated. Sometimes, it's in the moments of quiet that we truly gain perspective and understanding.

That's a powerful reminder from Epictetus! Listening more than we speak helps us gain deeper understanding and build stronger connections with others. Thanks for sharing this wisdom.
