I like this series idea, but I feel like you should be able to unlock going back to other regions Somehow, even if it’s not permanent, but you have to have some kind of way to go back to other regions , otherwise there’s not many quests you will be able to do. Most want you to go to previous regions, also when you unlock the last region you’re just stuck there forever with really nothing you can do.

Definitely an amazing idea, BUT there is this consistency that RuneScape likes to do especially when questing. And that is you will have to go back to those regions, will there be any sort of exceptions?

He might have to for Elf Lands, but only other one hard locked by quests is Morytania, and I kind of hope he doesn't make exceptions to go quest. Would be cooler to try and prep every quest step you can before you lose the area forever.

Shake pro tips: 1: If your oatmeal isn’t blending well, blend it first by itself. 2: Add chia or flax seeds as they have many benefits. Chia don’t have much flavor, flax are nuttier. 3: Swap berries for half a banana if it’s chocolate protein, game changer. 4: Add plain, low sugar yogurt for more protein AND makes the shake creamier. 5: Toss in spinach for some daily veggies, the flavor will get masked by everything else. Props on the cold plunge bro. Have you tried doing it for longer? The first 30 - 40 seconds are the hardest, after that the body calms down and I start to feel this amazing sensation of peace, and it's smooth sailing from there. Not sure if this restriction is a good idea - at the beginning it's exciting, sure. A lot of areas to look forward to, a lot of planning required as well. But since you can't go back to an area, there's going to be less and less content, until you're stuck at one region, which then just becomes a fake region locked ironman - there won't be anything to look forward to except "complete this region". There's also the concern about quests that lock content away, too, such as priffdinas.

I'd love to see a large goal or something tied to each region. Wilderness being voidwaker, Zeah being a few purples, etc. Also I think quests that need to traverse back to an old area should be allowed. Don't want to completely restrict yourself or you won't have good end goals.

For a sardine, you should be able to use a small net with bait on the fishing spots in lumby swamp. Bait had a ton of sources you should be able to access. It is a 1/25 drop from lvl 7 Farmers!

You can’t get a fishing rod inside misthalin though. The closest place to get a fishing rod is in port sarim, which is Asgarnia.

This one might require some research - most methods (such as the Mort'ton teleport from clues, and possibly the Phasmatys Charter Ship) require passing through the Holy Barrier in Paterdomus before they can be used, which would physically put you in Morytania. I'm not sure whether the Slayer Ring has the same restriction - Jeporite might know, surely he's tested it for Northern UIM.

Looking forward to seeing where this goes but I feel like returns to regions will be necessary. Maybe if you have to switch region when you get a 99, receive a certain drop, or pay an increasing charge (1m / 10m / 25m / 50m etc) This would allow you to progress with thought and still be able to return to complete quests. Most content will be unavailable such as regicide quest series, morytania, gwd etc

That fishing rod problem is real annoying. I remember thinking of unlocking Asgarnia, partially for access to a fishing rod in Trailblazer leagues. In that case it turned out I could get one in Shilo Village but you might be out of luck here.. no cat will lock you out of a bunch of desert content though

I have a sugestion for quest: if a quest that start and end in your active region require you to go back to a region you already completed like Misthalin then you can do it, but you can't do anything else in that region, you also can't go to a region you never got to. That would let you do quest that require you to go talk to a random npc without much else. Also other questionyou deal whit the underground like in the league?
