The Once Upon the Book Club Advent Calendar was very nice - good balance of books to read and other variety of items - I liked the gray jar. My New Years resolution really is to read more - not just because this was a "book" unboxing. Life gets so busy and I rarely just sit quietly to read anymore, so that's something I want to add back into my daily routine in 2023. Thanks for doing this 25 Boxes of Christmas series. I know it must have been a lot of work for you - but so fun to follow along.

Good afternoon Laura!! I think they did a great job on the advent calendar, but I don't know as if I would use everything. My favorite out of everything would be the recipe book though. I have so many recipes that it would be put to great use. One of my New Years resolutions is to get get some of my books read and donated to the local nursing home. Hope you had a Merry Christmas!!! Hi Laura! Snow and Charming were great helpers so I'm glad they each got a treat for their hard work especially since there wasn't a dog or pet box in the entire series. Funny that the last box of the advent series ended up being not only the biggest one but an advent calendar itself. My only new year's resolution is to procrastinate less hence why I didn't wait till the last possible day to finish watching (and commenting) on your videos.

The mat for outside is nice. The jar is really cool. I've read some books by Ruth Ware. She is a great writer. The cookie cutters are cute. The recipe book is awesome but yes they should have added a few recipes. My resolution is to listen to more audiobooks this year. Lift heavier weights and drink more water. Also I would love to be more organized. LOL that's probably not going to happen.

The duchess is based on a ture story It was a sad story for all involved King George who took over from Edward did not want to be king and was push into a terrible situation of being king during world war two It was how queen Elizabeth came to the throne in the UK I think my new years resolution will be to read more I loved the advent calendar xxx

For the first time in my entire life, I actually completed my new years resolution (2021/2022 ) to exercise more. Now I have a new years resolution to exercise less because I'm overdoing it. I exercise excessively everyday and It's given me many health issues.

I got the advent calendar for the first time this year and I’m so impressed with it! Definitely more excited about the books than the gifts, but I really like the doormat. For the new year I never really do resolutions but for this year it will probably be to just read more books and do more things that I find relaxing

How exciting, I love it! I have tried different ventures in the past and I always let them fizzle out. But when I started up KZbin for the second time I really wanted to show myself that I could do something and stick with it. Hasn't always been easy, but it is the best decision I made. Day 1's book gift is based on a true story. That's how Queen Elizabeth's father came to power...The King's Speech movie follows him and is also historical fiction basically. Really liked the number of books you received though only one seems like something I'd read, but to be honest, I'd probably have bought the YA box for that reason alone. I'm just not a thriller/mystery/romance person unless it's a really catchy summary! This does seem like a much nicer selection of gifts than last years! Honestly, I don't usually make New Year's Resolutions. If pressed, I'd have to say my resolution would be, being more active. I've had a tough time with my knee this last year and while I've never been a big activity person, I've really slowed down and think it'd be better to get moving a bit more than I've been!

I did look into that book while I was editing it and now I've started watching The Crown on Netflix 😆 I am curious what the YA book selections were this year. I will have to see if anyone unboxed that version and watch it. Sorry to hear about your knee, that is no fun. My hubby had knee problems for years and even after surgery he has to be careful with it so it doesn't get reinjured.

Resolution is good, so if new year gives you an opportunity to make a positive difference in your life, go ahead and do it by all means. That said, any time during the year you feel you needed a change. Make a resolution and make that change.
