After five months of drawing all the scenes, two months of drawing all the characters and two months of waiting for my friend QuickDrip (now known as Qwikswork) to finish the picture and witnessing three idiots reuploading the unfinished version I uploaded at the end of may (to be honest I shouldn't have uploaded the unfinished version in the first place), I now finally managed to upload the REAL finished version of my Once upon a Nickelodeon, inspired by Disney's Once upon a studio, with better sound effects, voices and of course, the complete finished picture.
I even featured a group of characters that aren't owned by Nickelodeon but had small involvements with Nickelodeon (because, back when I first uploaded the picture, a lot of people wouldn't shut up because I didn't include them, so now here we are. Are you happy now, people?).
As I said, inspired by Disney's 100th anniversary short, Once upon a studio, a big chunk (but not all) of characters from Nickelodeon, Nick Jr, Noggin (except "Play with me Sesame", since it was a spin-off of Sesame Street), TeenNick (even though only Dr. Colosso from "The Thundermans", Tandy and Bungle from "Sam and Cat", Rex from "Victorious", Captain Man, Kid Danger, Drake and Josh in their "Adventures of Kid Danger" desgins and Carly, Sam and Freddy in their "Bitty Big Heads" designs are the only TeenNick representatives), Nickelodeon Movies, Nickelodeon Original films and Nickelodeon Games all coming together for this one video for a big group picture to celebrate 45 years of "the First Kids’ Network", good old Nick Nick Nick Ni-Nick Nick Nick, Nickelodeon!
This video was meant to premiere on April 1st, 2024, but due to some complications involving the final pictures it got delayed to today.
I'd like to give a big thank you to fellow DeviantArtist Qwikswork (formerly known as "QuickDrip"), who offered to help me making the final picture when I was in a period of crisis (in which the website PiZap kept lagging and pervented me from making the picture myself). I did the character drawings while he edited them all together and gave a major upgrade to the background for the picture. Go check him out. He's a really good artist (he even made his own Once upon a studio picture but with Warner Bros. characters)
I'd also like to give a big thank you to all the people who follow me on DeviantArt, for being such patient people who understood when I was in crisis and kept being patient until the day the picture would be ready.
I'd also like to give a really big FUCK YOU to all the people on KZbin who kept pestering me on my other videos with impatient and/or insensitive comments such as "Finish Once upon a Nickelodeon now!", or "Make an X version Once upon a studio", or "Add X to Once upon a Nickelodeon" and thus not understanding they were making me feel worse and worse, to the point that I could barely sleep or eat after that day. Thanks a lot, guys.
I'd also like to give an even bigger "FUCK YOU!!!!" to those three people who uploaded Once upon a Nickelodeon without my consent and thus stealing all the credit. What they made made me feel even worse. How would you feel if I steal your videos without crediting you? At least it's a good thing one of them got the video (in which he even had the guts to make his own final picture) got deactivated.
If it wasn't clear enough, NO COMPLAINING OR ANY TYPE OF HARASSMENT JUST BECAUSE IF CERTAIN CHARACTERS ARE NOT PRESENT HERE OR YOU WANT TO SEE ANOTHER STUDIOS VERSION OF ONCE UPON A STUDIO
Anyways, let's hope this one doesn't get stolen as well, because I put a lot of effort in making this video and QwiksWork put a lot of effort in making the picture. And if someone steals this one, things are gonna get really ugly.
With that said, happy belated 45th anniversary, Nickelodeon.
This video was dedicated to Janice Burgess (creator of the Backyardigans), Martin Mull (Vlad Plasmius' original voice actor), Peter Bennett (the guy who played Hans the hand from the Spongebob theme song), Noggin (Nick Jr's sister channel that was a joint venture between Nickelodeon and Sesame Workshop) and a lot of other people associated with Nickelodeon who unfortunately passed away this year. May they rest in peace.
