That really is a good point we never thought of -- what happens if someone pulls out and crushes the half heart? Does it kill both at once, or is there a slight delay? Oh! Or what if the puller tries to command the pullee? Would both holders be subject to the command then?

Other than the producer's wanting to have fun with the Evil Queen. I don't really think it was a smart storyline. I believe that you can't erase the evil side of yourself. It's part of you. Regina was a villian and has become good now. So trying to destroy the dark part of who she was isn't legit. I do believe she will have to merg back with herself.

Nathan Moore I kind of felt like that was the point though.. The last few seasons have been all about redeeming or attempting to redeem the 'villains' (Regina, Hook, Snow Queen, Ursula, Maleficent, Zelena, Rumpelstiltskin and then Emma). Hook, Ursula, Mal, SQ, Zelena and Rumple (and Emma I think) have all made peace with themselves or accepted who they are/what they've done and are moving forward. Regina is the only one whose approach is to try and ignore/repress her bad side, perhaps because as a child/young woman she was so far from the sort of person who would have turned down that path naturally. She became EQ through the manipulations and encouragement from Rumpelstiltskin and her mother. Gold foreshadowed this arc in NY last season when he said to her that the EQ is part of who she is and she just had to accept that.
