I didn’t realize it before but after watching the whole season and seeing gothel lose her family, I can’t help but think she looked a bit sad and even a little jealous after seeing drizella and Anastasia hug.

@@LadyB_20 she's mostly based from the Red Queen and the White Queen. She is also loosely alluded to Anastasia in Cinderella but this Anastasia in Season 7 is closer to the real Cinderella story.

well there are different versions of the fairy tale characters around there. As Henry said: there is a french snow white etc. I mean in OUAT there was also a different Alice. So I suppose the Anastasia from OUAT in Wonderland is just another version.

Gothel really panicked as soon as she saw Drizella drop her weapon. She knew that Drizella really tipped the tide in her favor. She knew Drizella won but yet she still desperately tried to sway Ana.
