To all western audience: the title of the song translate in english is like "True Man learn to self strengthen yourself" This song was actually to encourage China to self strengthen themselves out from the corrupted, weakening Qing dynasty. This is a song about self strengthen, self motiving, self encouraging...do not always rely on outside help. The true spirit of Wong Fei Hung is not his martial arts but his self strengthening spirit. Self strengthen is always be acceptive to new things, new cultures. Thats always shown in the movie.

@big boy gustav Yes, Qing Dynasty made China weak and also due to the Empress Dowager Cixi in the late Qing Dynasty. She and her gang in the government are addicted to opium, corrupted and yield to Westerners. But her son, Guangxu Emperor wanted to make a change and modernised the China. Empress Dowwager Cixi against her son and thus Qing Dynasty didn't manage to change the tide.

I liked this Trilogy quite well the movies's plots were good and the Actor Jet Li was sublime its totally different when I chose to watch with english audio. Actually I learn Jet Li didn't start english speaking movies until Lethal Weapon 4. That was his first english speaking role. Jet Lis is a great fighter too.
