I have no idea. The only thing I can tell you is that there are many, many tracks that are used in the show weren't on first season's soundtrack nor on the second season's soundtrack. e.g., hook and emma have a theme, belle has one more theme, the track that is used in snow falls when charming is saving snow isn't on the soundtracks either (though it's probably the best of all), so it could be the case that the track you're searching for hasn't been released either.

the main title, the thing that is played at the beginning of every episode. it's exactly 14 seconds long and it was already published after the pilot episode aired. they just put it onto this soundtrack again, but i saw no sense in uploading it again. it's just this little thing you can hear when an episode starts and the "once upon a time" sign shows up. really, 14 seconds long.

I listened the 24 tracks they are wonderfull, but there is one melody I don´t think is here, in the episode S02E02 "We are both" when Regina banishs Cora to Wonderland, and when she takes Henry after terrorise everyone, we can hear the same melody in both occasions, Is it in the track 21 "One perfect day after another"? Or is it a different one?
