Elphaba is an awkward school girl who was tricked by the wizard, so she rebelled and used her powers to try and save those repressed by the government. People just called her wicked. They made her out to be worse than she was. Although she goes crazy at the end because she's been on the run for years and she is grieving. I love them both, but they really are different people. OUAT is its own separate universe.

The moment when Rumple realised he chose the wrong one. Zelena is a powerful witch and the most powerful student he had. Zelena could do magic as kid but Regina could conjure a fire ball as an adult but with lots of training.

He may have put her through that whole "test" and all and not been too keen on her having feelings for him but, she wasn't controllable. She would've loved the curse too much. If she adopted a kid she would've probably gone more soft, but raised let's just assume "Henry" very differently. Where Regina was clearly way more easy to control, and didn't really have power over what Rumple was waiting for to happen. I kinda wish we'd gotten a "what if" 2 parter for that scenario

-conquers not one but two realms, and she's gone from one and she returns and it's still hers -humilates Regina more than once, and get's ultimate, basically permanent revenge on Rumple -gets a child and is happy with her -takes out a god -humilates the black fairy the alleged most evil thing in existence, first by basically proving if she'd learned light magic she could've killed her, then screwing up her plan, and humilating Fiona by hitting her with a car -gives up her magic, causing part of the above scenario to play out, and then gets it back anyway Yeah, I'd say wicked definitely won.
