Hello, please share some information for me regarding the ticket exchange, toilet, and merchandise line please. What time do you arrive at the venue for ticket exchange and how many hours do you wait? As for merchandise line, is it crowded? And lastly for toilet, is the access easy, clean, and crowded? Thank you very much!

i think i arrived at the venue at around 2 pm and didn’t wait at all for ticket exchange since there was no line. there was also no line for merch when i got there, however 1 t-shirt design was already sold by that time. and for toilet, it was very clean & easily accessed & surprisingly there was literally no one when i went there before the concert start.. hope it helps! :)

Hi, may I know what to bring for a concert? Do I have to use a clear bag? Was the venue hot? I’m watching Enhypen next month in SG (inshaallah) and I want to know what to expect.

must bring concert items for me are phone, wallet, charger, powerbank, lightstick & a few personal medicine. for twice in sg, we didn’t have to use a clear bag (but i think the rule can differ). inside the venue wasn’t hot, but it was a bit hot outside at noon. however there is a mall near singapore indoor stadium so it’s fine if you just wait there. hope it helps! :)
