But when he Became Khalifah he lose weight. Why? Because he was not focusing upon himself his only concern was Islam and Ummah. In the worry of ummah he got thin not very very thin as the sheikh said. The Speaker mixed the two parts of Umar's life. I am neither on Sheikh's side nor yours i am with the truth and the knowledge Which i believe is true,الحمد لله. In his khilafah, Umar bin Khattabرضي الله عنه used abandon food in bus house because the muslims were suffering from food scarcity. And one last thing, please for the sake of Allah don't show such hate towards Muslim, regardless of what he said he is till a muslim. And showing hatred against mulims is not the Character of muslim. I know he was wrong more than once. But he is a human we don't know why he said. If the Rasoolﷺ and the Sahabah can be good with the Kuffaar why can't we muslims be good with other muslims. Prophet Muhammad SM used to do physical exercise and keep himself physically strong and athletic, Prophet Muhammad SM had muscular chest and shoulders and lean abdomen, but this Islamic scholar is discouraging physical exercise, albeit Prophet Muhammad SM used to daily do physical exercise by practicing archery and horseback riding, This Islamic scholar is an infidel, because he is discouraging the Sunnah of physical exercise and strength
