Great condo, thanks for the tour. Can this be rented for 3 month periods? Hoping it can, as I understand there's lots of availability in these luxury condos. I'm planning to spend 6 months/year in Thailand, half in Phuket and the other half in Bangkok.

Some owners will allow short term like that, but most are looking for year leases. Airbnb will be easiest if anything for a month or two
