ONDC will survive if it give all such facilities at 5 to 20% commission.

Not possible. So many moving parts. Bringing it all together under different heads is very very hard.

@@devdutta8405 Exactly, There are 4/5 players involved in a single transaction and even if they charge 3% comission each, that would turn out to be 12-15% commission each order and a retailer hardly makes that purch of profit from a order.

I feel ONDC can be a game changer in the areas where the penetration is very poor. ZOmato and Swiggy have limited options in smaller cities and don't exist in most, and that way, they have a lot of potential to begin with.

ONDC is bound to fail. Retailing is a tough business with many moving parts and low profit margins. Amazon, Flipkart with so much control and higher commissions are hardly profitable.
