If you try to make it 2wd is not the same would have to remove the whole front diff and change the sensor because when you take off the front driveshaft the truck will not run because of the AWD and can any front diff just need to be AWD with the same gears should be 4:10 if I’m positive

You can't take the front driveshaft off cuz it won't run cuz the transfer case is AWD only way to do it is change to a 4WD transfer case

First off TIny's truck is dope as f@%k! I had a similar experience on my '03 aswell, my front diff housing had a hairline crack in it and leaked all the fluid out and burned up, it was hell for the shop to find a replacement cause all the other GM diff's wouldnt work on an SS, thankfully she's back on the road now 😎
