Step 1:
Please fill out the request form and affix a 5-rupee stamp from the tahsildar office on the top envelope.
Attach the following document photocopies: Aadhar card, certificate, passport, and ration card.
Step 2:
Approach your local VAO office, and the VAO will provide a statement about your living and confirmation and sign and seal.
Step 3:
Approach the RI, get the sign, verify with him, and obtain the statement along with the signature and seal.
Step 4:
To approach the tahsildar and obtain the one and same certificate, submit the following documents:
- Filled form.
- VAO/RI statement and sealed copy.
- Filled color copy of the one and same certificate,
After the final verification with the tahsildar, they will provide you with the signature and the official round Tamil Nadu seal, which is crucial for the final certificate.

Hi Bro, Is that A4 sheet or legal sheet in the video. Is colour copy required for the one and same certificate. Please confirm that HRD is not required and appostile is enough for it.

Hi Prabu. I have checked with my employer and they told EU Blue card will be done by them in Itlay itself and they will share the same in courier to me. In this case, i jsut need to apply for employment visa here right ? Do I still need to provide One and the same nad DoV process and all ?

Bro I'm from Chennai. Currently, the TN government has banned providing one and the same certificate, which is a judicial rule it seems. If I change my name in the gazette, I have to change it in all the documents and it would be a long process so I don't want to do that. Is there any other option you could help with?

Hello, I visited the collector office of my specific district. They have informed the specified tahsildar and have been informed to provide a one and the same certificate on special basis. I suggest you guys to do the same

@@senthilkumar-gs4sv if you inform the district collector, they will inform tahsildar to provide the certificate. This was for chengalpattu. In case of Chennai, the tahsildar is directly issuing the certificate only for educational purposes
