A couple of optimizations: - do not kill the second guard at the start. that way you can kill the guard in front of the art exhibit instead - bring a duffle bag, since some of the smaller items can fit in it - if you have 2 people, have them both bring a lockpick, 1 should go get the utility keycard while the other goes to the back, shoots the first guard and lockpicks the basement door
