@@kedricmanson9873 no, the name of the Father is the Father, and the name of the Hoyl Spirit is the Holy Spirit, Jesus Christ is the name of God the Son, the eternal Logos. Paul said that to the hebrews because the hebrews already knew of God as the Father and God's Spirit, but they knew not of God's Son, His Word incarnate Jesus Christ.

@@gxbenzi You are lost. Jesus said “I am come in my Father’s name.” He is called Jesus because that’s his Father’s name. Matthew 28:19 was fulfilled in Acts 2:38. The NAME of The Father, The Son, The Holy Ghost is Jesus Christ or Lord Jesus. If you deny this, then you simply don’t know the word of God because God’s word does NOT contradict itself. There are not two ways to be baptized. There is only ONE baptism: in the name of Jesus Christ or Lord Jesus for the remission of sins (Book of Acts). Also Jesus Christ is not “God the son”, he is the Son of God.

When they say i baptise you in the name of the Lord or Jesus its was just to refere to the formula in Matthew 28:18-20 . do you Know how much a scroll cost in those days ? That was to expensif to alway mantione the formula Father Son Holy-Spirit thats why they alway says in Jesus Name or The Lord.

(1) That isn't a New Testament Christian Baptisms. The only Biblical instruction that we have for water baptism, is In the name of, "The Father, Son and Holy Ghost". So that lady isn't baptized. (2)A person has to be changed by being born again, Before they can be baptized in water.

@kedricmanson9873 you love twisting the Biblical truth. The only Biblical instruction for water baptism is Matt 28: 19. Acts 2: 38, isn't the fulfillment of Matt 28: 19, You don't see one baptism service in the Bible, so the only way that the Apostles and disciples would have Baptized people, is by the name of the Father, Son and Holy Ghost, the way that Jesus taught them to baptize people. If you knew the Bible, you would know that Acts 2: 38 is very misleading to Biblically ignorant people.

The apostles baptized in the name of Jesus Christ because that’s what Jesus commanded them to do. Jesus said baptize in the NAME OF, not titles. If you can’t understand that, then you must believe in three Gods.
