I've noticed my skin changing drastically while in menopause. I have lupus, so I can tell you these 2 combinations truly make it so much worse. I'm 56 this year ( I know 😊, I'm still young, lol) My skin turned so sensitive I have rosacea and it's broken blood vessels due to the heat around my upper cheeks, and my eyelids are puffy and baggy, too. Getting to the point... do your under eye bags and skin seem more sensitive as you aged?

Hi I’m so glad I found your video. It’s so nice to see older women wearing makeup. I thought I was the only one who liked wearing it. I lost my husband in 2019. We were together for 45 yrs. I lost my zest for life as my daughter pointed out to me. I’m quite sick after Covid but I would still like to wear makeup. I have a ton of it from QVC it’s called IT. My husband loved seeing me wear makeup. So I have ziplock bags of it. I really haven’t worn any since his funeral. 💔😢. I’m trying to get myself to feel better. I moved to Florida 3 yrs ago. It’s been very lonely even with family. Anyway I’m going to watch more of your videos and feel better about myself. Thank you so much for doing these videos. I have never worn a lot of makeup.When young and in Florida I spent way too much time in the sun..At 77 I have in the last few months lost my daughter and recently the love of my life..I have lost a lot of weight suddenly and my face and body reflect that change..Watching you gives me hope that i can learn to correct these problems..I wear glasses and lining my eyes is very hard and i tend to go with lighter colors..Just wanted you to know Im new to this and enjoy watching and listening to you...

I have never liked new mascara either. I used to wipe my new brush off a couple of times with a tissue! Even though it was wasting some, it worked for ME! Curling my lashes broke some off years ago. Then I stopped. Now that I am older I don’t have many so I wouldn’t want to lose any! Thanks for sharing your tips you have learned and showing all these new items! ❤

I've used a navy colored eyeliner my entire makeup-wearing life (I'm 66 now). The main reason is that a dark blue eyeliner makes the white of your eyes look whiter! I've since had my eyeliner tattooed on. My tattoo permanent makeup artist just used that basic black-colored ink, but what's so cool is that the basic ink color used turns to a navy bluish color when it lightens up after a year or so. I personally HATE tattoos, but I do have to say I've never regretted having my eyeliner tattooed on. I researched and found a very experienced permanent makeup technician first. And NO, it didn't hurt!! (Everyone asks me that). I just love your videos!

Patti, I’ve always loved makeup since the first time my mother took me to Merle Norman when I was about 15. I am 68 now. I’ve only used Cetaphil to take my makeup off. I’m not sure if it makes me look better; people have told me what beautiful skin I have. I’ve never used concealer or bronzer. But it’s so fun! I have cancer and have more time to just play with it! You look gorgeous whatever foundation you put on! You are beautiful inside and out. I hope I can be as beautiful as you!
