yeah that can happen, one of the reasons if i remember correct shinobi's banned in tournaments, if the enemy is close enough you can (or could, i don't remember if devs fixed it) hit them with 5 shurikens dealing 100 dmg, with a second feat too.

@@El_Malanga02 i do know that shinobi was banned in comp mostly due to his shuriken shenanigans, on it's own he's a pretty strong character and a competent shinobi player is probably the scariest thing you can face. I dunno if he's still banned however, i mean valk after getting her rework got banned in comp too due to being just too powerful in comp/tournaments.
