I like the images, they have that gritty vintage reportage feel. I really didn’t get why the M11 was so good for you. You don’t even have it or another one any more. You could have taken similar photographs on any camera because you’re the photographer, why was that camera specifically worthy of a long mournful monologue? You didn’t explain praising the M11 in terms of reasons why it stands out as a tool that you had used. We just learned that you used one for a while and you don’t have it any more.

Thank you for comment. To summarize I love that camera because it was the one I felt comfortable bringing into many situations and the one I actually owned at the time.

Thank you. I get it now. I think that for you it was a camera that changed the way you produced images and introduced you to your point of view and your aesthetic. The game changed for you with the M11. It was influential in making you who you are behind a camera. Is that right?
